I went upstairs thinking I was going to sleep and then just became furious. I startled Adam when I woke him up and told him what he was doing was not something I was going to put up with anymore. I have worked hard for everything we have, 12 years of staying with him, aiming to have a home for our children. Funny how things work out–a new home with lifeless people in it.
I’d like to say that it was the passion and love that Adam and I had for each other that planted the seed for our son. But if I recall, it was the television show, “Nip & Tuck” that got us in the mood.
I was blind when I said my vows, literally. I didn’t want to wear my glasses so instead I tried putting contact lenses on the day before the BIG day, but just couldn’t get those little suckers on. I was impatient, nervous and jittery about putting anything on my eye.
