I have a scheduled surgical appointment for the breast augmentation and breast lift in the week to come. I decided to get it done while I was going to have some time off. However, not realizing I need some help, I asked Adam if he wouldn’t mind taking care of me for a week. I know it seems so odd to even ask, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt. And like a gentleman, he said, “Yes.”

As awkward as it may be, I am grateful that he is willing to look after me while I have this operation. I guess it’s also a bit awkward that I’m getting them done and he won’t necessarily benefit from the results. Oh, well. I’m truly happy to be getting them done and boy, will I be glad when they don’t fall along the sides as I lay down.

My New Year is definitely going to start fresh. I can’t wait for them to heal and have a coming out party for the twins. I decided to do this as a way to celebrate everything I’m going through and enjoy a Girls Night Out with my friends.

Guiding Lesson: Eve, a fresh start is what you definitely need.  It’s also time to look at all aspects of your life and determine what else needs to be augmented, what needs uplifting, what needs to be discarded, etc.  In fact you can look at your breast augmentation as a launch pad to rebuilding and recreating all parts of your life to reach wholeness.

Now I know that you will have some downtime during the healing process.  I encourage you to pay attention to what is happening to you externally and internally.  You will need to draw from this experience as you move to other areas that you may want to reconstruct.  Remember what you are doing to prepare, such as asking for support in the beginning that leads to a celebration when you arrive.  This procedure is visible and tangible so it is easier to see what you need and what the end result is.  However, when you dive into emotional, mental and spiritual healing, it will not be as simple to see what you will require or what the end goal looks like.

But fear not my precious friend, for I will be with you and continue to guide you as you embark on new territory.  External or internal transformations are just as exciting as they trying and much easier when you are tuned into the guiding grace within you.  I am always here and would love an invitation to all parts of your life, including the Girls Night Out with friends.
