Here’s a preview of this week’s entries. Stay tuned by visiting the blog daily to learn more about my adventures and reflections. Find out what Grace has to say.
On Marriage: “Doing More and Having Fewer Expectations”– In marriage, nothing’s perfect. Is anything really perfect? Well, okay, maybe everything is perfect in its own moment. But in my head, that’s a different story.
On Motherhood: “Fish Bowl or Not, I’m not Cleaning It More than Mine”– Every four days I would clean their fish bowl and stones. Grace, I clean their home more often than I clean mine. Okay, this is so not going to work.
On Career: “Vibrant, Self-Adhesive Accessories Perk My Day”– While others use PDAs to itemize tasks or create to do lists to check items off and feel the sense of accomplishment, I prefer Post-it notes.
On Divorce: “The Devil Made Me Do It”– I pulled away and can remember another stream of tears going down my cheeks and this time I felt alone. I also remember feeling so remorseful for what had just happened. I apologized instantly and started crying loudly. Who was I?
